01How payment works
Credit purchases are made in the Codvian dashboard at app.codvian.com and processed by our payment processor, Razorpay. This marketing website never collects payment details or starts a payment; the “Buy” buttons open the dashboard, where the price is shown before you pay.
02Pricing and currency
Codvian credits are sold as one-time packs (Mini and Pro) and as custom add-on credits bought in the dashboard. Current prices and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount payable is always calculated and displayed at checkout.
03Confirmations and receipts
Payment confirmations and receipts are sent by Razorpay to the email used at checkout, where Razorpay provides them. Your purchase history is always shown under Billing in the dashboard.
04Payment security
Card and payment details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by Codvian. Codvian keeps only payment references needed to operate your account, as described in the privacy policy.
05Payment problems
If a payment fails, you are charged an incorrect amount, you are charged more than once, or credits are not delivered, email support@codvian.com with the payment identifier, date and amount. The refund policy describes the remedies.
