AI-Generated Output

You are responsible for reviewing and testing AI-generated output before using it in production or relying on it for important purposes. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant and the actions performed by the agent. AI-generated output will always be accurate
Generated code will always work
Generated code will be secure
Agent actions will always produce the intended result
Third-party AI providers will remain available
Third-party APIs will remain unchanged
The Services will satisfy every particular development requirement

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs and changes before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODVIAN and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
